Evolve is happy to offer evidence-informed chiropractic care to the Auburn community! On this page you can find a variety of treatment options. If you are having trouble finding the one that works for you, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via phone (call/text) or email.

Scheduling online requires a credit card to be put on file however your card will not be charged until after your scheduled appointment. HSA and FSA cards are an acceptable form of payment at Evolve. Evolve is an out of network provider with health insurance companies which means we do not bill insurance however we are happy to provide superbills for your visits that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We do offer a 15% off military discount for active military and veterans for Chiropractic visits (there is no discount for NormaTec visits).

If you are new to Evolve please select the Initial New Patient Examination option when booking.

After booking, you will receive an appointment reminder via email 48 hours prior to your visit as well as a text message reminder 24 hours prior. While filling out the Intake Forms, please be sure to opt in to receive text messages so that you receive those reminders.

Our time with each patient is important to us and in order to provide the best care for the full visit time, and in order to get all of our patients into the office as promptly as possible, we ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment and any schedule changes are brought to our attention as far in advance as possible. If you arrive late to your visit we cannot guarantee the full visit time for that day.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy at Evolve which is as follows: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a fee which is 50% of the cost of your scheduled visit.
